Refund Policy

At LS CABS AND TRAVELS, we strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Advance Payment Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.
  • Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are not eligible for a refund.

Service-Related Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Vehicle breakdown preventing trip completion (pro-rata refund for incomplete journey)
  • Significant delay exceeding 30 minutes without prior notification
  • Vehicle category downgrade without prior agreement
  • Duplicate payment or overcharge (full refund of excess amount)

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-show by passenger without prior cancellation
  • Trip completed as booked without service issues
  • Cancellations due to passenger-caused delays
  • Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes already incurred

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be transferred via UPI or bank transfer.
